Paced campaigns
Set calls-per-minute pacing, ring timeouts, and random or FIFO dialing order. The engine claims contacts one batch at a time and never outruns your capacity.

SudoCast places paced outbound calling campaigns for you: upload your contact list, record or upload a message, and launch. Callers can press a key to opt out or be transferred live, and every call is billed to the second.
SudoCast is a multi-tenant voice broadcasting platform. Each organization gets its own console for managing campaigns: contact lists, recorded messages, caller-ID pools, pacing, and transfer destinations. A fleet of FreeSWITCH telephony nodes places the calls — the platform paces them per minute, respects each contact's local calling hours, and reacts to what happens on the line.
SudoCast is operated by SudoX LLC. Organizations on the platform run their own campaigns and their own contact data; SudoCast provides the software, the dialing infrastructure, and the metered billing.
The building blocks of a modern outbound calling operation, out of the box.
Set calls-per-minute pacing, ring timeouts, and random or FIFO dialing order. The engine claims contacts one batch at a time and never outruns your capacity.
Upload WAV, MP3, or OGG and it's transcoded to telephony-grade 8 kHz audio automatically. Attach recordings to any campaign and play them on answer.
Callers press a key to opt out, request a transfer, or mark themselves as a lead. Transfers bridge live to your agents with backup routing.
AMD detects voicemail beeps. Hang up to save cost, or let the message play — your choice, per campaign.
Group caller IDs and rotate them round-robin across calls, so your campaigns present local, varied numbers instead of a single line.
Per-minute billing with configurable increments and credit limits, plus daily rollups with answer rate, average call duration, and cost.
Guardrails that run on every single call, not afterthoughts.
Organizational and platform-wide DNC lists are checked before every dial. Callers can add themselves with a single keypress, and CSV import/export keeps your lists portable.
Every contact is timezone-tagged from its area code, and the engine only dials numbers inside their local calling window — 8am to 9pm by default, configurable per campaign.
Exclude entire area codes per organization, scrub lists against known bad numbers at import, and watch a full audit trail of every campaign action.
SudoCast is a voice broadcasting platform operated by SudoX LLC. Organizations use it to place paced outbound calling campaigns: a recorded message is played to each contact, and keypresses route the caller (opt out, live transfer, or lead capture). Campaigns are run by the organizations that own them; SudoCast provides the software and dialing infrastructure.

Calls are billed per minute with configurable billing increments and a minimum per call. Each organization holds a balance with an optional credit limit — when the balance drops below the limit, dialing pauses automatically until the account is topped up.
Do-not-call lists (with caller keypress opt-out), timezone-aware calling windows, blocked area codes, bad-number scrubbing at import, and a full audit log of administrative actions.
SudoCast is currently in early access with founding organizations. To set up a console for your business, contact us at [email protected].
